At Axoreniq S.A.S. we handle your personal data with criteria proper to an Argentine crowdfunding platform, in compliance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the regulatory framework of the CNV. This policy describes which data we collect, for what purpose, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Axoreniq S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71234567-8, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, Palermo, Buenos Aires. You can reach the Data Protection Officer at privacidad@axoreniq.com.
2. What data we process
Identity data (name, national ID or passport, tax ID), contact data (email, phone), participation data (chosen projects, amounts, history), Know-Your-Customer data (KYC/AML) and technical browsing data associated with cookies subject to your consent.
3. Purposes
(a) providing the crowdfunding service; (b) complying with regulatory obligations before CNV, UIF and AFIP; (c) preventing fraud and money laundering; (d) sending you communications about projects and progress; (e) improving the platform based on anonymised metrics.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on the performance of the participation contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent (for cookies and marketing) and legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention.
5. Who we share with
With developers and notaries appointed to each project, custodian banks of the escrow account, public bodies (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when applicable, and technology providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as processors under contract.
6. International transfers
Some providers (Google, cloud hosting) may store data outside Argentina. We verify that the destination countries offer an adequate level of protection or we sign approved standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention period
We keep data for as long as your relationship with the platform lasts and for the legally applicable periods (up to 10 years for financial and regulatory documentation). Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability by writing to privacidad@axoreniq.com. If you believe the response was not adequate, you may lodge a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
9. Changes to the policy
We will publish updates on this same page. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
