These terms govern the use of the platform axoreniq.com operated by Axoreniq S.A.S. Browsing and creating an account imply your full acceptance. Please read them carefully and, if in doubt, write to us before participating in a project.
1. Purpose
Axoreniq is a crowdfunding platform that connects natural or legal persons interested in participating in real estate projects with developers seeking funding in Argentina.
2. Requirements to participate
You need to be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, pass the KYC process and accept the suitability assessment required by the CNV. Limits per project may apply depending on your profile.
3. Scope of service
Axoreniq does not provide individual financial advice, does not take public savings and does not guarantee returns. Information published is general in nature and decisions are taken exclusively by each participant.
4. Fees and costs
Applicable fees are clearly disclosed before confirming any participation. They include origination fees, administrative management fees and, where applicable, project notary costs.
5. Risks
Participating in real estate projects involves risks: works delays, regulatory changes, market fluctuations and lack of immediate liquidity. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, trademarks and code are the property of Axoreniq S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited, except for ordinary personal browsing use.
7. Fraud prevention and AML/CFT
We apply anti-fraud and Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT) controls in line with UIF regulations. You may be asked to prove the source of your funds.
8. Account suspension and termination
Axoreniq may suspend or terminate your account if it detects misuse, breach of these terms or a substantiated request from a competent authority. You will be notified with detail of the reason.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to consumer rights.
10. Updates
We may update these terms to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. We will notify you with reasonable advance notice by email and publish the new version on this page.
